  • Executive Team

Coaching on Call was established in 2007 by three founding partners.
Experience matters - between us we have over 100 years of development work with major organisations.

Kaaren Brook - Coaching on Call

    Kaaren Brook

Kaaren's early corporate career was in hotel management where she made a reputation for enabling change through people and rose to the world-wide role of management development manager for a large international organisation.

Since then, she has gained 30 years experience in facilitating and coaching hundreds of managers and executives in organisations to help them achieve their goals. Passionate about the results that personal development can attain for well-being, confidence and business results, Kaaren went on to found and run companies delivering high quality leadership, team and culture change projects.

Over the last 15 years, the targeted and highly personal approach of coaching has been at the forefront of how Kaaren works and adds to the value of programme delivery. She believes strongly that working with what matters and what gets in the way of people being their best is the most effective way to produce positive results that benefit the individual and the organisation alike. This powerful approach is what brought her to co-found Coaching on Call as a way to provide excellent coaching to more people across the world.

Kaaren is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, Master Practitioner of NLP, certified NLP coach and has an ILM certificate in Action Learning, certificate in Applied Neuroscience, Diploma in Team Coaching from the Executive Coach Studio and an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from the University of Surrey.

    Ruth Paris

Having co-founded and run a thriving consultancy developing leadership, team and individual performance, in 2002 Ruth became an independent executive coach working with leaders in an eclectic spread of industry sectors and corporate structures in the UK, US, Europe and Asia. With this wealth of experience, Ruth is skilled in identifying and addressing key areas of leverage for individual and business success.

The impetus to found Coaching on Call was triggered by the passion Ruth shares with Kaaren for bringing consistently high quality coaching to a wider population within organisations. This determination resulted in Coaching on Call becoming the global pioneer of on-demand virtual coaching. Ruth places high value on building trusting relationships with clients as well as with our coaches, believing that this combination ensures optimal and sustainable results.

Ruth is accredited as a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and is a certified NLP coach, master practitioner and health & wellbeing practitioner. Dr Ian Gregory

Ian's early career as a researcher and lecturer in business processes improvement and knowledge transfer for Warwick University was further developed with Rolls-Royce, Lucas-Varity, TRW and PA Consulting. He has since worked on projects in the arena of process and IT design and implementation, specialising in creating user-friendly yet sophisticated interfaces and providing expertise on process and IT systems design to sectors including healthcare, manufacturing and IT services. Assignments have included the implementation of clinical diagnostic services across London, implementation of ISO27001 information security processes and review of commercial processes within private healthcare.

Unusually for a 'techie', Ian also appreciates the human factors in designing and supporting online systems and uses his knowledge transfer and NLP expertise so that people can easily understand, access and use the resources he develops.
