Bespoke Coaching & Mentoring Management System
To make life easier for the L&D team, Coaching on Call has developed a bespoke, secure Coaching & Mentoring Management System which automates all the various the time-consuming activities required in managing a large cohort of coaches/mentors across large, complex and multinational organisations.
The system supports three approaches to administering the coaching process:
These can be tailored. For example, the coachee can lead the coach selection process and organise chemistry sessions. Once the coach is chosen, the coach can administer the process thereafter.

Customisation and Integration
The system is currently offered as a managed service over the internet. Our customers can request a customised look-and feel to their site to match their corporate image and to maintain consistency with existing intranet sites. We are also able to support single-sign-on requirements.
Secure and Reliable
The system uses secure, modern web technologies and is hosted on dedicated and redundant hardware in an enterprise class data centre. All communications use encryption to keep them secure and confidential.
You can mix and match different types of coaching intervention and allocate a specific budget to an individual coachee, department or other grouping. Only coachees with budget can book coaching sessions.
Managing Coach Selection
If you want the user to select their own coach, the system offers coach profiles and a system for shortlisting and selecting a coach. This includes arranging dedicated ‘chemistry sessions’ with shortlisted coaches.
The system has a user-friendly web interface that matches coachees and coaches for mutual convenience. It can support a whole range of scenarios:
Coachees are emailed directly following a coaching session with a list of actions / reflection points identified during their coaching conversation to encourage them to follow through on activities agreed with the coach.
This can also be shared with the Line Manager as agreed, and provides a means of tracking progress through the coaching journey.
Coachees provide online feedback, which is captured in the system and drives quality control.
The system facilitates invoice matching, making it easy for you to ensure coaches are paid as contracted and to keep your Finance department happy.
Monitoring and control of activity
Standard screens and reports allow you to see what is going on with respect to all coaching (and/or mentoring) activity across the organisation without compromising confidentiality on the content of an intervention.
Return on Investment
The system can produce targeted reports and data extracts on items including usage, feedback and action points, which you can combine with your organisation’s wider data to determine ROI on coaching activity. This is facilitated by a Taxonomy function that permits coachees to be grouped (for example by geography, department or seniority), allowing data analysis whilst maintaining confidentiality.
