“The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice there is little we can do to change until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds.” Julio Olalla

Experience matters - between us we have over 90 years of development work with major organisations.
Kaaren's early corporate career was in hotel management where she made a reputation for enabling change through people and rose to the world-wide role of management development manager for a large international organisation.
Since becoming a full time facilitator and coach 31 years ago, Kaaren's style, a well thought-through combination of structures and processes, combined with warmth and fun, has helped hundreds of people in corporate organisations to develop, grow and reach their business and personal goals.
Her ability to empathise with her clients, their business and their people, combined with her energy and enthusiasm, enables her to address her clients' key issues in a pragmatic and realistic way. Kaaren is a Master Practitioner of NLP, certified NLP coach and has an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from the University of Surrey.
Ruth Paris has coached board level directors in a wide range of organisations for over twenty years. He has since worked on projects in the arena of process and IT design and implementation, specialising in creating user-friendly yet sophisticated interfaces and providing expertise on process and IT systems design to sectors including healthcare, manufacturing and IT services. Assignments have included the implementation of clinical diagnostic services across London, implementation of ISO27001 information security processes and review of commercial processes within private healthcare.
Unusually for a 'techie', Ian also appreciates the human factors in designing and supporting online systems and uses his knowledge transfer and NLP expertise so that people can easily understand, access and use the resources he develops.
