These terms and conditions (“the Terms”) govern the users (“you” or “your”) use of the website www.coachingoncall.com (“the Website”) and your relationship with Coaching on Call Ltd, whose Registered Address is Amberley House, Crondall, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 5QT, England  (“we”, “our” or “us”). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access nor use the Website. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to: 
· update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the Website. It is your responsibility to check for such changes. We use our email system for communication, and hence your information will be present on our email servers hosted by Rackspace.

If you sign up for our Leadership Insights newsletter, your information is stored by our email marketing provider iContact in the USA.  They will send you emails on our behalf and will track those emails to determine if they are delivered and read.

Data we collect automatically
For data that we collect from you automatically through tracking technologies, we use this data to understand how visitors to the Coaching on Call Limited Site are using it and which pages and features of the Coaching on Call Limited Site are most popular. This helps us understand how we can improve our Site and track performance of our advertisements. In addition, tracking technologies are used to help improve the navigation experience on the Coaching on Call Limited Site.

We use Google Analytics to track the success of our online marketing.  These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve the site and our advertising campaigns. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited. Some of the cookies set for this purpose are automatically removed from your device once you close your browser. Others may last for a period of up to 24 months from your last visit to our site.
 
How long we retain your data
Coaching on Call Limited reviews our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations.
