Interested in becoming a Coach with Coaching on Call?
We are delighted by the word of mouth interest that is being
generated in the coaching community about Coaching on Call. Already
we have 70 highly qualified executive coaches signed up and
others who have registered an interest to attend an introductory
session to learn more about what it entails to be a Coaching on Call
coach.
These 2 hour sessions are held in Guildford, Surrey. The agenda
includes:
- Introduction to the Directors
- The background to the concept
- How it works from the client's point of view
- How it works from the coach's point of view
- The quality and commitment we need
- What you need and want from us
- Commitments and way forward
Qualification to be a Coaching on Call Coach
- Accredited coach training and professional experience as a coach
- Corporate experience in a management or professional role
- Regular professional coaching supervision
- NLP or humanistic psychology background
- Subscribe to a recognised professional body code of ethics for coaching
And finally you will be asked to undertake a half hour telephone
coaching call with one of the Coaching on Call directors for a 'dry
run' to reassure you and us of your ability to manage the 30 minute
format appropriately
