Level 3 Certificate for Professional Workplace Coaches

The ILM Level 3 Certificate for Professional Workplace Coaches is designed to provide managers and other professionals with the skills and confidence  required to provide coaching within their normal work role or as a specialist workplace coach.

The course consists of 36 hours of guided learning combined with an extended period of supervised coaching in the workplace and must be completed within two years.  Coaching on Call typically delivers the training through a combination of:

• Classroom training
• Action learning sets
• Group coaching
• On-demand telephone coaching and supervision

Our use of on-demand telephone coaching sets us apart, in that it  provides good-quality coaching role-models, greatly increases the trainees absorption of the skills taught and facilitates their transfer to real work situations.
