Our world-class executive coaches have vast experience and expertise in coaching senior executives and board members, both individually and as a group. We will always offer a choice of coaches for the executive to select their preferred coach, recognising that this relationship entails more than just skill - there has to be a match at the 'chemistry' level.

At this level of seniority, the coach's role is more one of 'trusted advisor', someone who cares about the success of their client at the deepest level of engagement. There is enormous value in having an external coach with whom to talk openly and who can be trusted to provide specific and honest feedback where it counts.

Evaluation and feedback
We recognise the importance of measurement and ROI. The effectiveness of executive coaching has traditionally not been strongly evaluated. Our approach is to offer a structured process that respects the privacy of the relationship and coaching content while also providing formal evaluation of key elements of the coaching experience. This provides a sensible balance between confidential reflection space for the individual, developmental stretch for the coach and measurement criteria for the organisation.
