Coaching on Call Coaching Supervision has been designed working closely with our core group of Supervisors and reflects their professionalism and rigorous ethical stance. Our purpose is to provide a totally safe space to support coaches and the work they are doing with their clients - in a way that is developmental and non-judgemental. This includes challenging coaches' thinking where it impacts on client work as well as supporting their CPD and learning.

Supervision is contracted for a year and is structured around a requisite four regular one-hour sessions with a further two hours that can be used flexibly to suit the coach.
